EVENTS COORDINATOR (KRAKOW)
Question One, a leading, international pub-quiz night and special event organiser, require a bright and confident self-starter to help produce events, manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
To communicate with clients and contractors of Question One (Q1). To be the first point of contact for telephone and email inquiries, to manage events, client relationships and respond to their needs and issues. To provide creative input in our events and projects.
*Fluent English communication skills - both verbal and written
*Ability to prioritize against tight deadlines, be punctual and time-keeping skills
*Accurate record keeping skills (basic accounting skills a plus)
*Experience with Google Docs, Social media, Mail campaigns, Mailchimp, Adobe design products a plus
*Experience in client relationship management and customer service
