Nocturnal Emissions

David M

There were plenty of nocturnal emissions (nerves) tonight when seven teams, let's count them shall we? One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, that's right seven teams battled to the death or near to.

It was dead, dead, dead good. And I'm not just saying that because it was me doing it, I'd be saying it anyway.*(1)

Here's what happened. At about 8pm exactly seven teams started quizzing like mad at The Atlas pub in West Brompton. It was one question after another. The writing was phenomenal.

In the end there was a tiebreaker for second between There's No C In Lent and Scales Don't Lie and Scales don't lie.

Big winner's tonight of the whole thing were The Soft Tops who scored highest and won them selves several thousand pence in UK sterling.

For a while it looked like Peartree Productions were going to win it*(2) but they didn't have enough points.

Well done everyone. Hope to see you again soon.
